Large-group mentorship
Speaker conversations, career workshops, and shared questions brought the wider cohort together around the possibilities of work.
Our fellowship brought young people into small teams at early-stage companies, with meaningful projects, shared learning, and someone in their corner.
Past fellowships paired practical internships with a wider community of peers and mentors. Fellows contributed to projects in product, research, design, growth, operations, and engineering.
Participants ranked their interests, then matched with companies around their skills and the work at hand. Resume support, speaker sessions, and conversations with founders helped connect the day-to-day work to a bigger picture.
Speaker conversations, career workshops, and shared questions brought the wider cohort together around the possibilities of work.
Working in small teams gave fellows room to contribute, receive feedback, and see how their work connected to a real project.
The end of a placement is the start of another chapter. Longitudinal follow-up connects these first experiences with later career stages.
Our fellowship history informs a youth-led research effort following participants ages 14–20 across four cohorts.
