We help our neighbors find a way into work.
Our youth-led team brings partner job offerings and practical career support into community spaces. We help people understand their options, prepare applications, and make introductions, especially when they don’t already have a professional network.
Our fellowship forms part of a two-year, four-cohort longitudinal study of young people ages 14–20. Across income levels, school types, internship sizes, and mentorship models, we ask how early experiences relate to later career outcomes.
